Book Me to Speak

Sharing truth, healing, and nervous system safe empowerment with real people in real conversations.

I don’t speak from theory alone.
I connect deeply from lived experience, education, trauma informed practice, and the belief that healing becomes possible when someone finally feels seen instead of judged.

Whether it’s a small group, a podcast, a classroom, or a full audience, my message is the same:

You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are coming home to yourself.

If your community needs conversations around healing, boundaries, identity, relationships, or reclaiming self worth, I’d love to join you.

Experience

I currently serve as the Trauma Support Specialist with the Alabama Domestic Violence Registry Project. I also work as a certified holistic trauma-informed coach, addiction recovery specialist, and advocate for survivors of emotional and narcissistic abuse.

My speaking experience includes online communities, therapeutic spaces, support groups, and in-person events centered around healing and empowerment.
