PRIVATE 1:1 MENTORSHIP · THE REMEMBERING
You don’t need another lesson.
You need support with your actual life.
Personalized support for the decisions, boundaries, relationships, patterns, and real-life moments you’re navigating right now.
1:1 COACHING · BETWEEN-SESSION SUPPORT · PERSONALIZED TO YOU
WHEN KNOWING ISN’T THE PROBLEM
You know a lot already.
Living it is the harder part.
Maybe you know why you overgive, and still catch yourself doing it.
You know the boundary you need, and still spend three days wondering if you’re being unfair.
You know you should trust yourself, and still want someone to tell you you’re making the right decision.
That’s the space mentorship is built for.
A place to bring what’s happening while it’s happening, so you can understand what’s coming up, hear yourself more clearly, and practice responding differently in your actual life.
No curriculum to keep up with. We work with what you need now.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
Support that moves with your actual life.
PRIVATE COACHING
Two 1:1 sessions each month.
Time to slow things down, sort through what’s coming up, and figure out what you want to do next.
PERSONALIZED PRACTICES
What we use depends on what you need.
Reflection prompts, exercises, and resources are chosen around what you’re working on instead of following a preset curriculum.
BETWEEN-SESSION SUPPORT
You don’t have to save everything for our next call.
Reach out when something comes up and you want support working through it while it’s actually happening.
A THREE-MONTH STARTING POINT
Enough time to actually work with what we notice.
Notice the patterns, try something different, and see what begins to change with consistent support.
WHAT WE MIGHT WORK ON
The stuff that keeps showing up.
Second-guessing decisions
Boundaries + guilt
Overgiving + resentment
Relationships that drain you
Anger you don’t know what to do with
Not trusting your own answer
We start with what feels hardest right now.
WHAT STARTS TO FEEL DIFFERENT
You stop feeling like every hard moment becomes a whole identity crisis.
You make a decision and let it stand.
You notice resentment earlier instead of only after you’ve overgiven again.
You say what you need with less rehearsing and apologizing.
You trust yourself enough to stop asking everyone else what they think first.
The goal isn’t perfect confidence. It’s having a steadier relationship with yourself when life gets messy.
THE DETAILS
Start with three months.
See what consistent support can change.
Three months gives us enough time to get beyond the first conversation and work with what’s actually showing up in your life.
We’ll talk about where you are, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether working together makes sense.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. The Remembering is coaching and mentorship, not therapy or a replacement for clinical mental health care. My approach is trauma-informed and includes nervous system support alongside practical, real-life coaching.
-
Yes. After the initial three months, mentorship can continue month to month for as long as it feels useful for both of us. Some women stay another month. Others stay much longer. There’s no pressure either way.
-
That’s okay. You don’t have to show up knowing exactly what you need or ready to tell me everything. We can start with what feels comfortable and what’s happening in your life right now.
Book a Threshold Session if you’d like to talk it through before deciding.
-
Journey to Self gives you a structured path to follow. Private mentorship is built around you.
There’s no set curriculum. We work with the decisions, relationships, patterns, boundaries, emotions, and real-life situations that are showing up for you right now.
-
You’ll have voice note support between calls, so you can share questions, stuck points, reflections, and wins as they come up instead of saving everything for our next session. I respond during set hours so you know when to expect support.
-
Life happens. If something changes and you need to pause, we’ll talk through what makes sense based on your situation and the terms of your mentorship agreement.
PRIVATE MENTORSHIP
You don’t have to have it all
figured out before we talk.
If you’re wondering whether private mentorship could be the right kind of support for where you are now, we can start with a conversation.
