The Remembering
A private mentorship experience for women rebuilding self-trust, safety, and presence after survival.
Take a breath before you continue.
If you are here, something in you already knows it is time for deeper support.
You do not have to force certainty or feel ready.
Just stay with what feels true in your body.
There is space for you here.
The Philosophy
Healing doesn’t happen through more information. It happens through relationship: with your body, your truth, and your presence.
My work is grounded in Peaceful Accountability: self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-validation. It’s where nervous system regulation meets emotional wisdom. Where insight becomes integration.
In our sessions, we work gently and deeply, combining conversation, somatic awareness, guided meditation, and embodied practice to bring your healing from your mind into your life.
What this is
This mentorship is not a program or a set of steps to follow.
There is no performance, no rush, and no pressure to “do it right.”
This is a relationship.
A space where you get to be seen fully.
A space where your nervous system is honored instead of overridden.
A space where truth and compassion live side by side.
We move gently but intentionally.
We meet resistance with curiosity, not shame.
We honor your pace while guiding you toward the version of you that has been waiting to be lived.
What it includes
This work adapts to what your healing calls for. Support may include:
Two private 1:1 sessions per month
Personalized guided meditations
Energy mapping and intuitive reflection
Voice note support between calls
Somatic and nervous system regulation tools
Real time support through triggers and breakthroughs
Compassionate but honest guidance
This is a space built around your story, your timing, and your capacity.
Inside The Remembering, we move at the pace of safety.
Some weeks that means quiet reflection, others it means deep release.
Every session meets you where you are, and honors what your body is ready to hold.
Who it’s for
This mentorship is for the woman who:
• has done work on herself but still feels disconnected
• wants support that feels human and relational, not clinical or distant
• is ready to stop abandoning herself to keep peace
• is willing to meet discomfort with honesty
• desires depth, clarity, and support through integration
• wants guidance that is personalized, responsive, and intuitive
If you feel both ready and nervous, you are in the exact right place.
Who it’s not for
This mentorship is not aligned if you:
• are looking for a quick fix
• want fast results without emotional integration
• prefer rigid structure over intuitive process
• are expecting emergency support or crisis intervention
• are not open to taking responsibility for your growth
This is not a rushed or transactional space.
It requires presence, honesty, and willingness.
What You’ll Walk Away With
• a calmer, safer relationship with your body
• a grounded understanding of your patterns
• tools to regulate your emotions and boundaries - without shame
• the ability to trust your timing, your intuition, and yourself
“Working with Ashana felt like finally exhaling.”
Structure + Duration
Mentorship begins with a 3 month container.
This timeframe creates trust, safety, and momentum.
After the initial 3 months, support can continue on a month-to-month basis if the relationship feels aligned.
This honors both structure and flexibility.
Apply for Mentorship

There are no right answers. Just honesty.
FAQs
How often do we meet?
We meet twice a month for private one on one sessions. These are usually 60 to 75 minutes, depending on what your nervous system needs that day.
Between sessions, you’ll have support through voice notes and personalized practices so you never feel like you are doing this alone.
Is this therapy?
No. This is not therapy or a replacement for clinical mental health care.
This mentorship is coaching and nervous system support with a trauma-informed approach. If therapy might be needed alongside this work, I will tell you gently and with care.
Can I continue after the first three months?
Yes. Many women do.
After the first three months, support continues at a month to month rate as long as it feels aligned for both of us. Some stay for one extra month. Some stay for a year. There is no pressure either way.
What happens during our sessions?
Every session is shaped by where you are that day.
Sometimes we explore a pattern or belief that feels loud. Sometimes we work with the body through grounding, embodiment, or breath. Sometimes there is space for grief. Sometimes there’s clarity, relief, or a soft breakthrough. There is no performance here.
There’s only honesty, curiosity, and integration.
What kind of communication do I receive between sessions?
You will have voice note support. This means you can share reflections, stuck points, celebrations, and questions as they arise instead of holding them in until the next call. I respond during set hours so the container stays grounded and predictable.
What if something comes up and I need to pause?
Life happens. If something shifts in your capacity, we will talk through it together. My priority is that this work supports your nervous system rather than overwhelm it.
What if I feel nervous or unsure?
That is completely normal. Many women come into this space feeling unsure, guarded, or afraid to take up space. Your nervous system needs time to feel safe, and that is part of the work.
You do not need to be confident or ready. You only need to be willing.
What if I am in a hard chapter of life?
You do not need to wait until life is perfect to get support.
This space is meant to hold you while life is happening, not after. However, if you are in active crisis or needing emergency emotional support, I will do my best to help you find resources that can help you.
What makes this mentorship different from your program or other offers?
The program gives you tools.
Mentorship helps you integrate them.
Here, the support is personal, relational, responsive, and rooted in who you are, not a fixed curriculum.
