Part 1: Unfuck Your Mind

Module 1: The Absorptive State
Your reactions aren’t random. They’re learned. This first module breaks down how trauma shapes thinking, emotions, and survival responses. Once you recognize the patterns and where they came from, you’ll be able to choose differently. Not perfectly. Just consciously.

Module 2: Unmet Needs
This module focuses on understanding your needs. You’ll look at how your early experiences shaped them, how unmet needs show up in your patterns, and how to start meeting your needs directly with clarity and self-trust.

Module 3: Fear
Understand where fear comes from, how early experiences shaped your sense of safety, and why fear has never been a sign of weakness. Learn how to relate to fear with clarity and reclaim a steadier sense of inner safety.

Module 4: Shame & Guilt
Learn how shame formed as a survival response, how it fuels self-sabotage, and how to release the belief that something is wrong with you. We’ll also explore guilt and how to align your actions with your true values instead of fear or conditioning.

Part 2: Trust Your Gut

Module 5: Cellular Memory
In this module, you’ll learn how trauma can be stored in the body and expressed through patterns, sensations, and automatic responses. We focus on building awareness of how these imprints show up for you, without forcing change or reliving the past. You’ll begin practicing gentle, safe ways to bring presence to the body, allowing stored tension and survival responses to soften and release over time.

Module 6: Exploration
In this module, we’re looking at how certain memories may be stored in the body that are holding onto energy that’s holding you back. This is where we start to bring in willingness now that we know we can provide for ourselves, meet our own needs, and hold space for our own fears.

Module 7: Inner Messages
This module is all about the huge journey we’ve been on for the past 7 weeks, and the remarkable journey you’ve been on throughout your life. Realizing how understated it is, that you made it here, to this place of self awareness and recognizing your inner guidance. In moments of overwhelm, you can always zoom out to find that moment of gratitude. We focus on trusting oneself and hearing the messages from your body’s 7 energy centers.

Module 8: Boundaries
Learn how to create external safety when your inner world feels unsteady, understand coping habits with compassion, and define boundaries that protect your energy and well-being.

Part 3: Follow Your Heart

Module 9: Reparenting
In this module, you’ll learn how to become a steady, supportive presence for yourself in the ways you may not have received growing up. We explore what reparenting really means, not as fixing yourself, but as offering care, structure, and reassurance where it was missing. You’ll practice meeting your emotional needs with consistency and compassion, building an inner sense of safety that supports your choices, boundaries, and growth moving forward.

Module 10: Grieving the Loss
Here we take the concepts we’ve introduced over the last several modules and apply them to a big picture reality to see how complex the formation of our perception is, and how far-reaching and complex trauma has been for us as we learn to grow through it into an empowered future. Discussing how some people are more action oriented, some are more literal, some feel the vibe before it’s time to act. We keep this in mind as we cover grief and have conversation with the inner child.

Module 11: Connecting
In this module, we explore what it means to connect to something larger than our own limiting beliefs. I share a personal story about feeling out of place and questioning faith, and how that experience shaped my understanding of belonging, authority, and self-trust. This module focuses on softening destructive thought patterns and stepping into your power with clarity and confidence.

Module 12: Your Soul Self
In this module, we reconnect with the creative energy that brings a sense of aliveness, motivation, and joy. We explore what sparked that feeling for you earlier in life and how it shows up for you now, helping you recognize what genuinely energizes and fulfills you. You’ll learn how to tap into this creative current as a way of connecting with who you truly are, and how to honor it by living in alignment with your core values, purpose, and natural rhythms.
